Powder Dot Adhesive Liner: Sprinkle the adhesive particles in the dimples on the roller, and imprint them on the base fabric with a certain pattern. The distribution of the particles is uniform and regular. This method is currently the most widely used. Applicable to any adhesive interlining other than non-woven fabrics. Slurry point adhesive lining: First, the hot melt adhesive is prepared into a slurry, and then the resin particles are adhered to the base fabric through a rotary mesh, and the size and distribution of the particles are very uniform. This method is suitable for coating processing of heat-sensitive materials (such as non-woven fabrics) and fabrics that are not easy to bond. Spray Adhesive Liner: It is the earliest and simplest method of adhesive liner coating. It is to spray powder hot melt adhesive on the base cloth to form a coating with irregular size and distribution. For lower-grade linings, such as non-woven linings, leather, shoes and hats, decorative linings, etc. Double-point adhesive lining: It is developed on the basis of the above three coating sheets. The basic principle is to apply two layers of overlapping hot melt adhesive on the base fabric considering the different adhesion properties between the base fabric and the fabric. , the lower layer is bonded with the base fabric, and the upper layer is bonded with the fabric, so as to obtain the ideal bonding effect. It is suitable for garment interlinings with high quality requirements and difficult to bond.
